Sooner or Later

Well, I've done it again. I'm late. At least those words no longer make me cringe, a positive effect of birth control and just being old. Yes, I'm late releasing my Blog. And yes, I've been called out by a handful of people. For the record, it doesn't bother me to have it pointed out to me that I'm late. Feel free to hold me accountable. So, with all that being said, let's begin!

Greetings my Lovelies! Every week I let you know what's going on with me. I open my mind and offer you my heart, my intellect, my memories, my struggles, and my joys. I share parts of myself with you that you might not get to see on a day to day basis. In fact, I share so much with you that I experience some amount of guilt that I don't know what is going on with you.

So saying, I feel I need to check in with you and see how you are doing. Are you getting enough rest? Are you staying hydrated? Are you taking time for self-care while trudging your way through your life and responsibilities? Are you loving yourself?

When I tell you that I want to hear from you, please take that to heart. Contact me! I'm well connected. I have Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, email, and of course, you can contact me through this Blog. I promise, if you reach out to me I will respond. 

Now, that being said, I have an unreasonable amount of scammers who try to contact me through Instagram. I don't always respond to those messages, but I do look at them. If you want to talk to me and actually have me respond, to spark a conversation, please tell me what you wish to talk to me about. I'm not likely to answer a message that says any of the following:

Hey.
Hey beautiful.
Hey sexy.
Damn you're gorgeous.
Do you want to be my sugar baby? I'll pay you.
Hi. You have an amazing profile.

Wanna fuck?

No, I won't respond to messages like this or anything similar. And, please, don't send me pictures of your dick or videos of people fucking. I can swear to you that if I want to see your dick or porn, I'll let you know. (So far, I've not actually asked anyone for these.)

I enjoy real conversations. I am 100% a people person (except when I have my "I hate everyone and everything" days), so getting the opportunity to meet and get to know new people is definitely my thing! 

My Blog isn't full of deep thought or special memories this week and for that, I apologize. I'm tired. This week has been incredibly busy, stressful, and a little crazy. Dental appointments, finding out that BOTH kids need to see an oral surgeon, a hair appointment, a surprise tattoo appointment, oh yeah, and that little thing called being a mom (cooking, cleaning, laundry, chauffeuring). 

Did I forget to mention work? Because, yeah, I've been keeping up with my normal duties, picking up duties for co-workers on medical leave, and was given a surprise directive from the Governor that my team and I correct and input missing data (that we were unaware needed gathering in the first place), in one of our databases. Oh, and the fact that I've worked until 7 or 8 o'clock multiple days to try to meet the imposed deadline?

Yeah. I'm tired.

Maybe next week I will enthrall you with something fantastic and fun. Until then...
