With A Little Help From My Friends

Good morning, my Lovelies! Please forgive me for being a day behind. It has been a hell of a week and I can't begin to tell you just how happy I am that it is Friday. I'm doing my best to hang in here with this job situation, but my limits have been pushed to the absolute edge. I don't like being irritable and hypersensitive, but here lately it seems that is my normal mood. So if you see me and I'm a straight-up bitch, just know that it has nothing to do with you (probably).

This week was another one of those weeks where I could have written this post about a multitude of different things. However, I couldn't seem to narrow down what I wanted to talk about. I even went so far as to ask a friend of mine, "If you didn't know me, what would you want to know about me?"  Well, let me tell you, his answer was no help whatsoever! What was his answer? "Likes, dislikes, hobbies, and sexual fantasies."

Dude...I'm fairly certain that I've gone over these topics often and ad nauseam. Ok, well, maybe not the fantasies part, but if you've read my books or are one of my Patrons, you have a pretty good idea. In fact, my Patrons tend to get a very detailed description of my sexual appetites and fantasies. (You're welcome!) And lucky them, if I can get my act together, there is going to be a new element added to my Patreon. (You're welcome, in advance!)

You see, I've discovered something about myself. I may not always be able to articulate my wants, desires, and needs vocally (for some reason my brain doesn't connect properly to my mouth), but I can put those thoughts down in the written word and give my readers a clear picture of what I'm talking about. Even better? Normally, I make more sense when I write things out!

I know it is hard to believe with my mouth going non-stop like it does, that verbal communication is an area where I struggle, but it is true. I've always had trouble being able to vocalize my thoughts. (This is also why I do not interview well!)  It may be that I have an easier time communicating through writing because of the simple fact that I can take my time, visualize and analyze my words and how they fit and flow together. I don't know for sure, but whatever the reasoning, writing works for me.

So I asked a couple of other friends of mine the same question and received much the same results. Do you want to know what I discovered through my Q&A conversations? I found out that I'm the creative one of the bunch. *wink*  Just kidding! Though I did discover that what I've been saying all along is 100% accurate; I'm an open book.

Everything mentioned to me, I've spoken with you about in past blogs. I know (as per one friend's comment) that when you are close to someone it can be difficult to think of attributes or topics which others may be unaware of, or might be interested in, so now I'm going to send you my questions.  Do you feel like you know, or are getting to know me? Good morning, my Lovelies! It is time once again for me to get a few thoughts out of my head (maybe more than a few) and I just know that each and every one of you is itching to hear what has been floating around up there. Good morning, my Lovelies! I hope this blog finds you doing well and that things are groovy in your part of the world. How's things in my world? My epic game of Frogger continues. Good evening, my Lovelies! Gracious! I hardly know where to begin. This is my first blog of the new year and I would be remiss if I didn't take a moment to acknowledge everyone who started reading and following my blog over the past year.
